Review: Baggage claim was fast and organizedGeorge from Jersey City, NJ | Baggage Claim | Reviewed June 28, 2026
★★★★☆ 4.2

After a long flight, I mostly wanted the bags to come out quickly. At Stockholm Airport, the carousel started within a reasonable time, the belt number was easy to find, and staff kept the walkway clear for passengers collecting luggage.

Complaint: Departure boards lagged behind announcementsChris from Brooklyn, NY | Departures Flight Status | Reviewed September 14, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.7

The departure board near the rental car center showed one gate while the announcement mentioned another. People started moving, then stopped, then moved again. At Stockholm Airport, the screens and announcements need to match faster during gate changes.

Complaint: Baggage claim took too longStephen from San Diego, CA | Baggage Claim Customer Service | Reviewed March 9, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.5

Our bags did not appear for more than an hour, and the screen at baggage claim kept showing the same carousel number. The frustrating part was that no airport employee seemed to know if the belt was delayed or if the bags had been moved. For a late arrival on March 9, 2026, that wait felt endless.

Complaint: Wheelchair assistance was not readyPatricia from Austin, TX | Special Assistance | Reviewed June 28, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.4

Wheelchair assistance was requested in advance, but nobody was waiting when we arrived. We asked at two counters and still waited while boarding time got closer. Special assistance at Stockholm Airport should not feel like a last-minute favor.

Complaint: Lounge access rules were unclearTanya from Phoenix, AZ | Lounges Customer Service | Reviewed September 29, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.9

The lounge desk in Terminal 2 gave different answers about access rules than the airline app showed. After waiting in line, we were told a pass type was not accepted there. The rules should be clearer before passengers walk across the terminal.

Complaint: Security line moved with no explanationAman from Seattle, WA | Security Wait Time | Reviewed March 9, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.5

The security checkpoint at Stockholm Airport was the slowest part of my trip. Staff kept moving passengers between lanes in Terminal 1, but nobody explained which line was actually open. By the time I reached screening on March 9, 2026, several people around me were worried about missing boarding.

Complaint: Restroom condition was poorRobert from Chicago, IL | Terminal Cleanliness | Reviewed July 7, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.7

The restroom closest to our gate in International Terminal needed attention badly. Paper was on the floor, two stalls were out of service, and the sink area looked like it had not been checked in hours. It gave a poor impression of Stockholm Airport.

Review: Immigration queue was managed wellMala from Denver, CO | Immigration Arrivals | Reviewed September 29, 2026
★★★★☆ 4.1

The immigration line looked long at first, but staff opened extra desks and kept families together. On September 29, 2026, the queue at Stockholm Airport moved better than I expected for an international arrival.

Complaint: Charging points were brokenCarlos from Canton, CT | Terminal Facilities | Reviewed April 24, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.6

Several charging points near the seating area in Terminal A did not work. Passengers kept moving from outlet to outlet trying to charge phones before boarding. It is a small facility issue, but it matters when boarding passes and ride apps are on those phones.

Review: Staff helped during a gate changeMark from Toronto, ON | Airport Staff Gate Change | Reviewed July 7, 2026
★★★★☆ 4.4

A gate change in Terminal 3 could have been messy, but one staff member stood near the old gate and redirected passengers. It was simple, practical help, and it kept a lot of people from walking in circles around Stockholm Airport.
