Complaint: Baggage claim took too longCarlos from Canton, CT | Baggage Claim Customer Service | Reviewed April 24, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.3

Our bags did not appear for more than an hour, and the screen at baggage claim kept showing the same carousel number. The frustrating part was that no airport employee seemed to know if the belt was delayed or if the bags had been moved. For a late arrival on April 24, 2026, that wait felt endless.

Complaint: Restroom condition was poorMark from Toronto, ON | Terminal Cleanliness | Reviewed July 7, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.7

The restroom closest to our gate in International Terminal needed attention badly. Paper was on the floor, two stalls were out of service, and the sink area looked like it had not been checked in hours. It gave a poor impression of Memphis Airport.

Review: Immigration queue was managed wellMary from Orlando, FL | Immigration Arrivals | Reviewed January 12, 2026
★★★★☆ 4.1

The immigration line looked long at first, but staff opened extra desks and kept families together. On January 12, 2026, the queue at Memphis Airport moved better than I expected for an international arrival.

Complaint: Security line moved with no explanationMichelle from Jersey City, NJ | Security Wait Time | Reviewed April 24, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.8

The security checkpoint at Memphis Airport was the slowest part of my trip. Staff kept moving passengers between lanes in Terminal A, but nobody explained which line was actually open. By the time I reached screening on April 24, 2026, several people around me were worried about missing boarding.

Review: Staff helped during a gate changeAlba from Brooklyn, NY | Airport Staff Gate Change | Reviewed August 20, 2026
★★★★☆ 4.4

A gate change in Terminal 3 could have been messy, but one staff member stood near the old gate and redirected passengers. It was simple, practical help, and it kept a lot of people from walking in circles around Memphis Airport.

Complaint: Arrival pickup area was confusingRenee from San Diego, CA | Arrivals Pickup Traffic | Reviewed January 12, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.7

The arrivals pickup area was confusing. Rideshare, hotel shuttles, and private cars seemed to overlap, and drivers kept circling because the signs were not specific enough. Memphis Airport needs clearer pickup instructions for first-time visitors.

Complaint: Charging points were brokenNina from Austin, TX | Terminal Facilities | Reviewed May 16, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.4

Several charging points near the seating area in Terminal 1 did not work. Passengers kept moving from outlet to outlet trying to charge phones before boarding. It is a small facility issue, but it matters when boarding passes and ride apps are on those phones.

Complaint: Lost and found gave mixed answersVictor from Phoenix, AZ | Lost and Found | Reviewed August 20, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.4

I left a small bag near the departure gate and contacted lost and found the same day. One person said it had not been turned in, another said to wait 48 hours, and the online form never produced a useful update. The process at Memphis Airport felt disconnected.

Complaint: Food prices felt unreasonableGeorge from Seattle, WA | Food Price | Reviewed February 18, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 2.1

I expected airport prices, but the food options in Main Terminal still felt excessive. A basic sandwich and drink cost much more than expected, and there were not many cheaper choices nearby. For families waiting through delays, that adds up fast.

Complaint: Rental car shuttle was hard to findChris from Chicago, IL | Ground Transportation | Reviewed May 16, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.8

Finding the rental car shuttle took too much guessing. The signs pointed generally outside, but not to the exact pickup lane, and airport staff gave different directions. After a long flight, ground transportation should be easier than this.

Complaint: Parking payment machine failed twiceStephen from Denver, CO | Parking Payment | Reviewed September 14, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.4

The parking garage payment machine rejected two cards and then printed a blank receipt. There was a help button, but it took a while before anyone answered. Leaving Memphis Airport on September 14, 2026 took longer than the actual drive home.
