Complaint: Charging points were brokenTanya from Brooklyn, NY | Terminal Facilities | Reviewed April 24, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.7

Several charging points near the seating area in Terminal 1 did not work. Passengers kept moving from outlet to outlet trying to charge phones before boarding. It is a small facility issue, but it matters when boarding passes and ride apps are on those phones.

Complaint: Lost and found gave mixed answersAman from San Diego, CA | Lost and Found | Reviewed July 7, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.2

I left a small bag near the lost and found desk and contacted lost and found the same day. One person said it had not been turned in, another said to wait 48 hours, and the online form never produced a useful update. The process at Jacksonville Airport felt disconnected.

Complaint: Food prices felt unreasonableRobert from Austin, TX | Food Price | Reviewed January 12, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.9

I expected airport prices, but the food options in Main Terminal still felt excessive. A basic sandwich and drink cost much more than expected, and there were not many cheaper choices nearby. For families waiting through delays, that adds up fast.

Complaint: Rental car shuttle was hard to findMala from Phoenix, AZ | Ground Transportation | Reviewed April 24, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.6

Finding the rental car shuttle took too much guessing. The signs pointed generally outside, but not to the exact pickup lane, and airport staff gave different directions. After a long flight, ground transportation should be easier than this.

Complaint: Parking payment machine failed twiceCarlos from Seattle, WA | Parking Payment | Reviewed August 20, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.7

The parking garage payment machine rejected two cards and then printed a blank receipt. There was a help button, but it took a while before anyone answered. Leaving Jacksonville Airport on August 20, 2026 took longer than the actual drive home.

Review: Baggage claim was fast and organizedMark from Chicago, IL | Baggage Claim | Reviewed January 12, 2026
★★★★★ 4.6

After a long flight, I mostly wanted the bags to come out quickly. At Jacksonville Airport, the carousel started within a reasonable time, the belt number was easy to find, and staff kept the walkway clear for passengers collecting luggage.

Review: Clean terminal and easy check-inMary from Denver, CO | Check-in Terminal | Reviewed May 16, 2026
★★★★☆ 4.4

The check-in counters in Terminal 1 were easy to find, and the terminal felt clean during my visit. It was not a luxury experience, but Jacksonville Airport did the basics well: signs, counters, seating, and a clear path to security.

Review: Clear signage made the connection easierMichelle from Canton, CT | Terminal Signs Connections | Reviewed August 20, 2026
★★★★☆ 4.4

I had a short connection and expected to get lost, but the signs inside International Terminal were easy to follow. The walking route, gate numbers, and transfer signs at Jacksonville Airport were clear enough that I did not need to stop and ask for directions.

Complaint: Wheelchair assistance was not readyAlba from Toronto, ON | Special Assistance | Reviewed February 18, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.3

Wheelchair assistance was requested in advance, but nobody was waiting when we arrived. We asked at two counters and still waited while boarding time got closer. Special assistance at Jacksonville Airport should not feel like a last-minute favor.

Complaint: Departure boards lagged behind announcementsRenee from Orlando, FL | Departures Flight Status | Reviewed May 16, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.9

The departure board near the lost and found desk showed one gate while the announcement mentioned another. People started moving, then stopped, then moved again. At Jacksonville Airport, the screens and announcements need to match faster during gate changes.

Complaint: Baggage claim took too longNina from Jersey City, NJ | Baggage Claim Customer Service | Reviewed September 14, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.7

Our bags did not appear for more than an hour, and the screen at baggage claim kept showing the same carousel number. The frustrating part was that no airport employee seemed to know if the belt was delayed or if the bags had been moved. For a late arrival on September 14, 2026, that wait felt endless.

Complaint: Restroom condition was poorVictor from Brooklyn, NY | Terminal Cleanliness | Reviewed February 18, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.6

The restroom closest to our gate in Terminal 2 needed attention badly. Paper was on the floor, two stalls were out of service, and the sink area looked like it had not been checked in hours. It gave a poor impression of Jacksonville Airport.

Complaint: Lounge access rules were unclearGeorge from San Diego, CA | Lounges Customer Service | Reviewed June 28, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.6

The lounge desk in Terminal 1 gave different answers about access rules than the airline app showed. After waiting in line, we were told a pass type was not accepted there. The rules should be clearer before passengers walk across the terminal.

Complaint: Security line moved with no explanationChris from Austin, TX | Security Wait Time | Reviewed September 14, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.7

The security checkpoint at Jacksonville Airport was the slowest part of my trip. Staff kept moving passengers between lanes in International Terminal, but nobody explained which line was actually open. By the time I reached screening on September 14, 2026, several people around me were worried about missing boarding.

Review: Staff helped during a gate changeStephen from Phoenix, AZ | Airport Staff Gate Change | Reviewed March 9, 2026
★★★★☆ 4.3

A gate change in Main Terminal could have been messy, but one staff member stood near the old gate and redirected passengers. It was simple, practical help, and it kept a lot of people from walking in circles around Jacksonville Airport.
