The arrivals pickup area was confusing. Rideshare, hotel shuttles, and private cars seemed to overlap, and drivers kept circling because the signs were not specific enough. Cardiff Airport needs clearer pickup instructions for first-time visitors.

Finding the rental car shuttle took too much guessing. The signs pointed generally outside, but not to the exact pickup lane, and airport staff gave different directions. After a long flight, ground transportation should be easier than this.

I left a small bag near the lost and found desk and contacted lost and found the same day. One person said it had not been turned in, another said to wait 48 hours, and the online form never produced a useful update. The process at Cardiff Airport felt disconnected.
