Complaint: Rebooking made us miss the trip anywayAman from Seattle, WA | Customer Service Punctuality & Speed | Reviewed May 27, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.3

Our original flight was cancelled and JetBlue Airways automatically moved us onto a connection that looked impossible from the start. Staff at DEL kept saying the new 11:10 departure was the only option, but by the time we landed the onward gate was already closed. What bothered me most was being told to call support while standing in the airport with hotel nights already paid for.

Review: Helpful crew after a long connectionDesiree from Canton, CT | Customer Service Staff | Reviewed August 11, 2026
★★★★★ 4.8

We came off a long international leg exhausted and still had one more flight to go. The crew on JetBlue Airways B6653 noticed several people were connecting onward and made a point of checking who needed gate information. It was not fancy service, just thoughtful and human, which mattered after a long day.

Review: Not perfect, but the crew communicated wellMichelle from Toronto, ON | Staff Punctuality & Speed | Reviewed January 18, 2026
★★★★☆ 4

The flight was not perfect and we did leave late, but the crew kept explaining what they knew. On JetBlue Airways B6690, they gave connection updates before landing and reminded passengers which bags would arrive at the regular claim. I can handle a delay much better when the communication is honest.

Complaint: No ownership after a missed connectionAlba from Brooklyn, NY | Customer Service Punctuality & Speed | Reviewed May 27, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.3

Once the connection was missed, every person pointed somewhere else. Airport staff said to call, the call center said to ask the airport, and the app kept showing options that disappeared before I could select them. Nobody sounded responsible for getting us to the destination anymore.

Complaint: Gate updates came too lateNina from San Diego, CA | Punctuality & Speed Online & App | Reviewed August 11, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.6

The app changed first, the airport screen changed later, and the people at gate B12 still had no explanation. By the time someone finally said the 11:10 departure was delayed, several passengers had already missed the chance to adjust their connections. The delay was frustrating, but the silence made it worse.

Complaint: Staff treated simple questions like a problemVictor from Chicago, IL | Staff Customer Service | Reviewed January 18, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.4

People at gate F14 were asking normal questions about vouchers, hotel options, and whether the delay would affect connections. The answers kept changing, and one staff member spoke to passengers like they were wasting time. It was the attitude, more than the delay, that made the experience feel so bad.

Review: Gate agent helped recover a forgotten phoneMark from Austin, TX | Staff Customer Service | Reviewed May 27, 2026
★★★★★ 4.7

A phone was left with the wrong family member during boarding, and I expected that to become a mess. The gate agent at A4 stayed calm, coordinated with the people still outside the jet bridge, and got it back before the door closed. That one employee saved the trip from starting badly.

Complaint: Refund case kept restartingMala from Kansas City, MO | Refunds Customer Service | Reviewed August 11, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.4

I submitted the refund form after a cancelled New York JFK to London Heathrow trip and received a case number right away. After that, nothing was simple. Each call felt like starting over, one agent could not see the previous notes, and the email replies never gave a real date for when the money would be returned.

Review: Check-in staff caught a document issue earlyLenny from Jersey City, NJ | Check-in Staff | Reviewed January 18, 2026
★★★★★ 4.6

The best part of this trip happened before boarding. A check-in employee at San Francisco noticed a document mismatch and corrected it before it became a gate problem. The process took extra minutes, but it saved me from a much bigger issue later in the day.

Complaint: Wheelchair request was visible but not readyRenee from Orlando, FL | Special Assistance Customer Service | Reviewed May 27, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.1

The wheelchair request was on the reservation, but when we reached Seattle nobody seemed prepared for it. We waited, asked twice, and almost missed the boarding window. Special assistance should not depend on finding the right person at the last minute.

Review: One agent turned a bad morning aroundRobert from Denver, CO | Staff Check-in | Reviewed August 11, 2026
★★★★★ 4.5

The check-in line at Frankfurt was long enough that I expected a disaster. A gate agent near F14 noticed the tight connection on B6106, moved the document check along, and explained exactly where to go next. It was the kind of calm help that makes a stressful airport morning feel manageable.

Complaint: Carry-on policy changed at the doorStephen from Seattle, WA | Baggage Staff | Reviewed January 18, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.9

At gate A4, passengers with bags that had already passed the sizer were suddenly told to check them. The staff sounded annoyed when people asked whether the bags would come out planeside or at baggage claim. I would have packed differently if JetBlue Airways had made the rule clear before boarding started.

Complaint: Name correction became a fee and a fightChris from Phoenix, AZ | Customer Service Sales & Marketing | Reviewed May 27, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.7

A minor name correction should not have taken two calls, a fee, and repeating the same passport information again. The second agent eventually fixed it, but the first case note apparently was not visible. I spent more time proving the problem than actually solving it.

Complaint: Bag showed up days late and damagedMichael from Toronto, ON | Baggage Customer Service | Reviewed August 11, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.4

We started a vacation with one suitcase missing after JetBlue Airways B6217. The desk at HND took the claim and told us to buy basic clothes, then every phone call after that gave a different answer. The bag finally reached the hotel almost two days later with a broken zipper pull, and the reimbursement offer did not come close to what we spent.
