Complaint: Extra fees changed the whole priceCarlos from Canton, CT | Price Sales & Marketing | Reviewed January 18, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.5

The fare looked reasonable when I booked, but the final cost felt different after seat selection, baggage, and a change fee. For the New York JFK to London Heathrow trip, the add-ons made the ticket feel misleading. I would rather see the real price earlier than be surprised step by step.

Complaint: Wheelchair request was visible but not readyTanya from San Diego, CA | Special Assistance Customer Service | Reviewed April 14, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.2

The wheelchair request was on the reservation, but when we reached Dallas/Fort Worth nobody seemed prepared for it. We waited, asked twice, and almost missed the boarding window. Special assistance should not depend on finding the right person at the last minute.

Review: One agent turned a bad morning aroundAman from Brooklyn, NY | Staff Check-in | Reviewed July 19, 2026
★★★★★ 4.6

The check-in line at Seattle was long enough that I expected a disaster. A gate agent near A4 noticed the tight connection on my boarding pass, moved the document check along, and explained exactly where to go next. It was the kind of calm help that makes a stressful airport morning feel manageable.

Complaint: Call center hold times made rebooking uselessDesiree from Austin, TX | Customer Service | Reviewed January 18, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.3

The airport desk told us all rebooking had to be handled by phone. I called twice from the terminal, waited long enough to watch other passengers give up, and still did not reach anyone who could fix the trip. When travel plans are falling apart, being bounced between airport staff and the call center is not support.

Complaint: Name correction became a fee and a fightMichelle from Chicago, IL | Customer Service Sales & Marketing | Reviewed April 14, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.8

A minor name correction should not have taken two calls, a fee, and repeating the same passport information again. The second agent eventually fixed it, but the first case note apparently was not visible. I spent more time proving the problem than actually solving it.

Complaint: Bag showed up days late and damagedAlba from Jersey City, NJ | Baggage Customer Service | Reviewed July 19, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1

We started a vacation with one suitcase missing after First Air flight. The desk at CUN took the claim and told us to buy basic clothes, then every phone call after that gave a different answer. The bag finally reached the hotel almost two days later with a broken zipper pull, and the reimbursement offer did not come close to what we spent.

Review: Helpful crew after a long connectionNina from Kansas City, MO | Customer Service Staff | Reviewed January 18, 2026
★★★★★ 4.7

We came off a long international leg exhausted and still had one more flight to go. The crew on First Air flight noticed several people were connecting onward and made a point of checking who needed gate information. It was not fancy service, just thoughtful and human, which mattered after a long day.

Review: Not perfect, but the crew communicated wellVictor from Denver, CO | Staff Punctuality & Speed | Reviewed April 14, 2026
★★★★☆ 3.9

The flight was not perfect and we did leave late, but the crew kept explaining what they knew. On First Air flight, they gave connection updates before landing and reminded passengers which bags would arrive at the regular claim. I can handle a delay much better when the communication is honest.

Complaint: Meal voucher did not cover airport pricesMark from Orlando, FL | Price Customer Service | Reviewed July 19, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 2.1

The delay stretched long enough that passengers were given meal vouchers, but the amount barely covered a sandwich at the airport. I appreciate getting something, but it felt more symbolic than useful when families were stuck waiting for hours with children.

Complaint: Gate updates came too lateMala from Phoenix, AZ | Punctuality & Speed Online & App | Reviewed January 18, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 2

The app changed first, the airport screen changed later, and the people at gate G3 still had no explanation. By the time someone finally said the 09:25 departure was delayed, several passengers had already missed the chance to adjust their connections. The delay was frustrating, but the silence made it worse.
