Complaint: Extra fees changed the whole priceMark from Toronto, ON | Price Sales & Marketing | Reviewed July 19, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.8

The fare looked reasonable when I booked, but the final cost felt different after seat selection, baggage, and a change fee. For the Toronto Pearson to Vancouver trip, the add-ons made the ticket feel misleading. I would rather see the real price earlier than be surprised step by step.

Complaint: Wheelchair request was visible but not readyMala from Brooklyn, NY | Special Assistance Customer Service | Reviewed September 21, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.5

The wheelchair request was on the reservation, but when we reached Frankfurt nobody seemed prepared for it. We waited, asked twice, and almost missed the boarding window. Special assistance should not depend on finding the right person at the last minute.

Review: One agent turned a bad morning aroundLenny from San Diego, CA | Staff Check-in | Reviewed March 22, 2026
★★★★☆ 4.4

The check-in line at Sydney was long enough that I expected a disaster. A gate agent near E6 noticed the tight connection on 9M382, moved the document check along, and explained exactly where to go next. It was the kind of calm help that makes a stressful airport morning feel manageable.

Complaint: Call center hold times made rebooking uselessRenee from Chicago, IL | Customer Service | Reviewed July 19, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.1

The airport desk told us all rebooking had to be handled by phone. I called twice from the terminal, waited long enough to watch other passengers give up, and still did not reach anyone who could fix the trip. When travel plans are falling apart, being bounced between airport staff and the call center is not support.

Complaint: Name correction became a fee and a fightRobert from Austin, TX | Customer Service Sales & Marketing | Reviewed September 21, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.6

A minor name correction should not have taken two calls, a fee, and repeating the same passport information again. The second agent eventually fixed it, but the first case note apparently was not visible. I spent more time proving the problem than actually solving it.

Complaint: Bag showed up days late and damagedStephen from Kansas City, MO | Baggage Customer Service | Reviewed March 22, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.3

We started a vacation with one suitcase missing after Central Mountain Air 9M493. The desk at CDG took the claim and told us to buy basic clothes, then every phone call after that gave a different answer. The bag finally reached the hotel almost two days later with a broken zipper pull, and the reimbursement offer did not come close to what we spent.

Review: Helpful crew after a long connectionChris from Jersey City, NJ | Customer Service Staff | Reviewed July 19, 2026
★★★★★ 5

We came off a long international leg exhausted and still had one more flight to go. The crew on Central Mountain Air 9M530 noticed several people were connecting onward and made a point of checking who needed gate information. It was not fancy service, just thoughtful and human, which mattered after a long day.

Review: Not perfect, but the crew communicated wellMichael from Orlando, FL | Staff Punctuality & Speed | Reviewed September 21, 2026
★★★★☆ 3.7

The flight was not perfect and we did leave late, but the crew kept explaining what they knew. On Central Mountain Air 9M567, they gave connection updates before landing and reminded passengers which bags would arrive at the regular claim. I can handle a delay much better when the communication is honest.

Complaint: Meal voucher did not cover airport pricesGeorge from Denver, CO | Price Customer Service | Reviewed March 22, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.9

The delay stretched long enough that passengers were given meal vouchers, but the amount barely covered a sandwich at the airport. I appreciate getting something, but it felt more symbolic than useful when families were stuck waiting for hours with children.

Complaint: Gate updates came too latePatricia from Seattle, WA | Punctuality & Speed Online & App | Reviewed July 19, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.8

The app changed first, the airport screen changed later, and the people at gate C7 still had no explanation. By the time someone finally said the 15:20 departure was delayed, several passengers had already missed the chance to adjust their connections. The delay was frustrating, but the silence made it worse.
