Complaint: Rebooking made us miss the trip anywayAman from Phoenix, AZ | Customer Service Punctuality & Speed | Reviewed May 27, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.6

Our original flight was cancelled and Aero Contractors automatically moved us onto a connection that looked impossible from the start. Staff at JNB kept saying the new 06:15 departure was the only option, but by the time we landed the onward gate was already closed. What bothered me most was being told to call support while standing in the airport with hotel nights already paid for.

Review: Helpful crew after a long connectionDesiree from Toronto, ON | Customer Service Staff | Reviewed August 11, 2026
★★★★★ 4.6

We came off a long international leg exhausted and still had one more flight to go. The crew on Aero Contractors NG656 noticed several people were connecting onward and made a point of checking who needed gate information. It was not fancy service, just thoughtful and human, which mattered after a long day.

Review: Not perfect, but the crew communicated wellMichelle from Canton, CT | Staff Punctuality & Speed | Reviewed January 18, 2026
★★★★☆ 3.8

The flight was not perfect and we did leave late, but the crew kept explaining what they knew. On Aero Contractors NG693, they gave connection updates before landing and reminded passengers which bags would arrive at the regular claim. I can handle a delay much better when the communication is honest.

Complaint: No ownership after a missed connectionAlba from San Diego, CA | Customer Service Punctuality & Speed | Reviewed May 27, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.1

Once the connection was missed, every person pointed somewhere else. Airport staff said to call, the call center said to ask the airport, and the app kept showing options that disappeared before I could select them. Nobody sounded responsible for getting us to the destination anymore.

Complaint: Gate updates came too lateNina from Brooklyn, NY | Punctuality & Speed Online & App | Reviewed August 11, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.9

The app changed first, the airport screen changed later, and the people at gate A4 still had no explanation. By the time someone finally said the 06:15 departure was delayed, several passengers had already missed the chance to adjust their connections. The delay was frustrating, but the silence made it worse.

Complaint: Staff treated simple questions like a problemVictor from Austin, TX | Staff Customer Service | Reviewed January 18, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.7

People at gate E6 were asking normal questions about vouchers, hotel options, and whether the delay would affect connections. The answers kept changing, and one staff member spoke to passengers like they were wasting time. It was the attitude, more than the delay, that made the experience feel so bad.

Review: Gate agent helped recover a forgotten phoneMark from Chicago, IL | Staff Customer Service | Reviewed May 27, 2026
★★★★★ 4.5

A phone was left with the wrong family member during boarding, and I expected that to become a mess. The gate agent at H9 stayed calm, coordinated with the people still outside the jet bridge, and got it back before the door closed. That one employee saved the trip from starting badly.

Complaint: Refund case kept restartingMala from Jersey City, NJ | Refunds Customer Service | Reviewed August 11, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.2

I submitted the refund form after a cancelled Dallas/Fort Worth to Miami trip and received a case number right away. After that, nothing was simple. Each call felt like starting over, one agent could not see the previous notes, and the email replies never gave a real date for when the money would be returned.

Review: Check-in staff caught a document issue earlyLenny from Kansas City, MO | Check-in Staff | Reviewed January 18, 2026
★★★★☆ 4.4

The best part of this trip happened before boarding. A check-in employee at Seattle noticed a document mismatch and corrected it before it became a gate problem. The process took extra minutes, but it saved me from a much bigger issue later in the day.

Complaint: Wheelchair request was visible but not readyRenee from Denver, CO | Special Assistance Customer Service | Reviewed May 27, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.4

The wheelchair request was on the reservation, but when we reached Doha nobody seemed prepared for it. We waited, asked twice, and almost missed the boarding window. Special assistance should not depend on finding the right person at the last minute.

Review: One agent turned a bad morning aroundRobert from Orlando, FL | Staff Check-in | Reviewed August 11, 2026
★★★★★ 4.8

The check-in line at Istanbul was long enough that I expected a disaster. A gate agent near E6 noticed the tight connection on NG109, moved the document check along, and explained exactly where to go next. It was the kind of calm help that makes a stressful airport morning feel manageable.

Complaint: Carry-on policy changed at the doorStephen from Phoenix, AZ | Baggage Staff | Reviewed January 18, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.7

At gate H9, passengers with bags that had already passed the sizer were suddenly told to check them. The staff sounded annoyed when people asked whether the bags would come out planeside or at baggage claim. I would have packed differently if Aero Contractors had made the rule clear before boarding started.

Complaint: Name correction became a fee and a fightChris from Seattle, WA | Customer Service Sales & Marketing | Reviewed May 27, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.5

A minor name correction should not have taken two calls, a fee, and repeating the same passport information again. The second agent eventually fixed it, but the first case note apparently was not visible. I spent more time proving the problem than actually solving it.

Complaint: Bag showed up days late and damagedMichael from Canton, CT | Baggage Customer Service | Reviewed August 11, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.2

We started a vacation with one suitcase missing after Aero Contractors NG220. The desk at SIN took the claim and told us to buy basic clothes, then every phone call after that gave a different answer. The bag finally reached the hotel almost two days later with a broken zipper pull, and the reimbursement offer did not come close to what we spent.

Complaint: Maintenance delay handled poorlyGeorge from Toronto, ON | Maintenance Staff | Reviewed January 18, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.7

After boarding Aero Contractors NG257, the screen at my seat froze and the crew tried restarting it twice. Then we were told there was a maintenance warning and everyone just sat there without a clear timeline. I understand safety checks, but the communication on January 18, 2026 made the whole cabin feel stuck and ignored.

Review: Not perfect, but the crew communicated wellPatricia from Brooklyn, NY | Staff Punctuality & Speed | Reviewed May 27, 2026
★★★★☆ 4.1

The flight was not perfect and we did leave late, but the crew kept explaining what they knew. On Aero Contractors NG294, they gave connection updates before landing and reminded passengers which bags would arrive at the regular claim. I can handle a delay much better when the communication is honest.

Complaint: Meal voucher did not cover airport pricesTanya from San Diego, CA | Price Customer Service | Reviewed August 11, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.8

The delay stretched long enough that passengers were given meal vouchers, but the amount barely covered a sandwich at the airport. I appreciate getting something, but it felt more symbolic than useful when families were stuck waiting for hours with children.
